We currently have two worship services every Sunday:

8 a.m. This is a quiet service, using the beautiful structure of the 1662 Book Of Common Prayer. There is no music – instead we worship through the language and structure of the ancient words. There’s a sermon every week, as well as the opportunity to receive Holy Communion. This service finishes by 9 a.m.

10 a.m. This service takes different forms from week to week. At all our 10 a.m. services we aim to have sung worship in a mixture of languages, reflecting the diversity which makes St Peter’s such a special community. There is a special programme for youth (ages 2-15 years) during this time. This service finishes by 11:15 a.m.

On the first and third Sundays of the month we have a service of Holy Communion and often hymns played on the organ.

On the second and fifth Sundays of the month we have a service of Morning Worship which is slightly less structured  with music led on piano, guitar, etc.

On the fourth Sunday of the month we have our Community Worship service. This is a service for every age – we’re all together as a community. We have sung worship led on the piano and other instruments, a short talk, and the opportunity to share Holy Communion together as a church family. On these weeks, youth are part of the worship service rather than in their own programme.
